Danilo Cinelli

Gelato maker of the year 2024 (Italian Gelato Makers Association award)
Gelato Santiago awarded at the Gelato World Tour

During the long walk to Santiago de Compostela, Danilo immerses himself in nature and spirituality. He tells of seeing many cows (yoghurt), many sheep (cottage cheese). He often encountered bad smells, which he turned into perfumes (orange) and shed many tears (salty crunch).

Grandpa's chocolate awarded at the Alberto Pica Memorial Sigep International Competition

Single origin chocolate sorbet from Ecuador with PGI Sorrento lemons, black Cyprus salt and organic cocoa beans.

A recipe dedicated by Irene to her grandfather Lucio, it fully reflects her favourite combination of chocolate and lemon ice cream.
